I've rebased feature tree to current tip of fcoe-fixes and also made
this available on web at
http://www.open-fc.org/openfc/gitweb/?p=openfc/fcoe-features.git;a=summary.
The rebase required me to resolve few merge conflicts and update FIP
DEBUG macros as per recent logging changes (removed FC_DBG and using DBG
in macro name).

To keep these two trees in sycn the fcoe-feature tree would require
periodic rebase to fcoe-fixes tree till feature tree specific patches
(FIP for now) pushed to linux-scsi. We should be applying major code
changes/pactches to foce-feature tree and have only bug fixes on
fcoe-fixes tree, this would help Rob to collect large code changes from
fcoe-feature tree to push during .30 merge window and would also help
during rebase in collecting fewer changes from fcoe-fixes.

    Regards
    Vasu
