These patches are refreshed to fcoe-features commit :-

	commit e67681e585a755dd2d219a6a4a8d5d40e007212e
Author: Robert Love <robert.w.love at intel.com>
	Date: Thu Apr 23 12:08:06 2009 -0700

libfc: Add runtime debugging with debug_logging module parameter

Above patches won't apply as-is to fcoe-fixes since few more patches
went into fcoe-fixes since I started this work causing merge conflicts,
anyway now these are up to date with fcoe-features tip with Rob.
