[Open-FCoE] [PATCH] fcoe-utils: allow fcc destroy to work on multiple HBAs

The command 'fcoe destroy eth1 eth2' would only destroy eth1
and silently leave eth2 around.  This was caused by using the
wrong variable $hba instead of $hbas.
