[Open-FCoE] [RFC PATCH 2/4] bnx2fc: rename fcoe_percpu_s to bnx2fc_percpu_s

bnx2fc_percpu_s is a bnx2fc specific structure that manages IO threads
used to process IO completions. Renamed it for consistency.
